Jerguson Mini-Magnicator Economical Magnetic Liquid Level Indicator
The Jerguson Mini-Magnicator provides the same easy to read level indication as the Jerguson Magnicator, in a smaller more economical package. The Mini-Magnicator utilizes the standard Jerguson latching flag design – 316 stainless steel flags with a ceramic magnet for maximum reliability. It is specifically designed for low pressure, light duty applications, and is a great replacement for fragile tubular glass.

The Jerguson SAS-16 Snap-Action Switch is a switch mechanism based on a unique Jerguson tri-magnet design where the snap action is accomplished by the utilization of magnetic repulsion. The magnet mounted in the float causes the secondary magnet to rotate as it passes up and down. The switch magnet is repelled by the secondary and snaps to the opposite side. This causes the cradle to pivot, moving the push rod which operates the switch contacts. The result is positive snap action interlock switching – no springs, no cams, no problems.

The Jerguson Series L10 large chamber liquid level gages are designed to give an accurate liquid level reading of liquids that have a tendency to surge or boil. These armored glass gages are highly effective in reducing the boiling effects of entrained gas being released under low pressure. They are effective at eliminating level fluctuations that occur in standard gages with small chambers when boiling / flashing vapors try to rise to the surface. Jerguson Series L 10 large chamber armored glass gages are available in reflex or transparent design. The liquid chamber is constructed of heavy tubing, carefully slotted, and machined to provide plane seats for the gaskets and glass assemblies. Covers are steel secured with specially designed steel bolts.
